our mission

Sustainability Trust is an approved provider in the Government’s ENERGYWISE insulation and heating programme. Over the past five years we have installed insulation and efficient heating into over 3,500 homes in the Wellington region.

We can provide subsidies for both Community Services Card holders and those without a Community Services Card. Sustainability Trust operates in Wellington, Hutt Valley, Porirua, and the Kapiti Coast (up to and including Waikanae).

NEWS FLASH: Home insulation and clean heating assistance available from Greater Wellington Regional Council

Greater Wellington Regional Council is participating in the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority’s home insulation and clean heating scheme by providing financial assistance of up to $2,600 per ratepayer to help fund the remaining cost of home insulation and clean heating over and above the grant provided by EECA. This can be repaid by way of a targeted rate over a 9-year period. Greater Wellington’s scheme will be available from April 2010.

Information on Greater Wellington's offer can be found here or call us on the number below.
